About the Artist

Stone was my medium of choice for a few years and now mixed media has taken priority as it meets the necessary changes I needed to make in moving forward as a creative person.

Through abstractions, I execute extremely textural paintings with mixed media; acrylic inks, acrylic paint and sometimes oils as well as crayon, pencil and whatever the piece needs to meet my criteria.

The foundations to paintings and assemblages are often natural fibers found from trees , twigs, coconut fibers, found grasses and found objects from trash people have thrown away,and the many useful mediums that are on the market for artists , then incorporating them into my passion which is now beautifully colored textural paintings relating to natural forces of nature along with my own mind twists and turns, called individual creativity.
